Would you deck your ATV out for the Holidays?

Back in 2007 we ran a contest in December for the best decked out ATV for the holidays. Christmas lights, decorations, etc.. View the contest here: http://www.quadcrazy.com/atvforum/quadcrazy-contests/2705-december-photo-contest-vote.html

We'd like to get some feedback this month about possibly running this kind of contest this coming December.

Would you deck out your atv and submit a photo? How many of you would participate?

I remember that contest and I also remember that one year it started out and no one entered. For this year, if there is a contest...I may have to come up with something for the holidays.:cute:

I dont see how this could miss its a chance to decorate the garage for Christmas. Maybe people are looking at it the wrong way, it sounds like fun.

I agree. You could even put a wreathe on your quad and take a photo, that is festive!

A local business in town held a truck or trick for the kids in town. They allowed other business/organizations to decorate parking spaces for Halloween and to hand out candy. We neither being a business or organization decided to sign up the kids racing team and decorate for the event. We had a huge mural and inflatables and a sign that lite up saying "Happy Halloween from BPG Racing" In front we made a walk way were the kids had to walk in between the kids quads that was decorated with spider webs, spiders and mini strobe lights. The kids that visited our booth enjoyed seeing it and loved that the kids let them take pictures sitting on it!!!! So yes we enjoy decorating the quads and the children love seeing them!

Looks like we have mixed feelings on this but do have @ 14 people so far that would be interested in possibly participating. The more people we get to participate the better... Maybe well tie it back to the prize level. This will be the last contest for 2010, so we want to make it a good one. Maybe we could offer prizes based on entries.

10 people enter = prize is X

15 people enter = prize is xx

20 people enter = prize is xxx

Maybe something like that, plus any additional prizes we can add during the contest period for the holidays.

I still have not had the time yet, last weekend we helped with a house move, so that took all weekend. Maybe this weekend. So far only BuckBilly has entered a photo in the contest. I was hoping to see some nice pics.

      I have a 1990 Honda fourtrax 300 2x4
I rode the other day for 30-45 min. Switched it off and now it is completely dead..
battery is fully charged, fuses are good . WILL NOT TURN OVER ,
headlights won't turn on , No neutral, reverse or oil temp lights . Electrically it is completely dead !!! I replaced the key switch and CDI box , STILL NOTHING.
I bypassed the neutral safety switch and grounded it to the battery and still nothing !! I used a jumper wire on the starter Solenoid , the motor will turn over but not start . I even bypassed both fuses and straight wired it to see if I could get a neutral light or headlights still nothing . What could it be ?

      Hello,
I was able to repair most of the little problems on my 2006 BRUIN. I still have little things to do...
I changed the Hazard light Switch because it was not locking when pushed and now it is not working at all. When I connect it (not sure of the wiring -4 wires but a lot of connection possible on this HELLA 3916-01 switch-) the flashing lights button (on the handlebar) is acting like the Hazard light switch.

I'd like to throw some reverse lights on my 1988 moto4 350 and was wondering if any one knew which wires I would tap into to to do so. I tried tapping into a couple different wires at the reverse relay but all I could get was for them to come on once the ignition key was turned on. I know there's the light for the reverse indicator light but I'm not sure if that carries the amperage to do a couple 4" led work lights.
