I have put all of the wiring diagrams into a single PDF file to make life a little more simple and for some reason there was a 97 kb limit on .zip files this time and it was 30 mb in my first post.

thanks to all members like colt that can share info . our two youngest have been working hard to get an atv and have come up with two 110 cc chinese machines that we are rebuilding

In my experience alot of the time the parts will end up costing more than a Japanese bike, and the don`t last very well at all. 

Most of these bikes are thrown away once they fail, try an get parts from other ppls dead bikes if possible.

Hi I have a tao tao 250cc quad the first owner started the wiring and they got a replacement harness have got the bike off then an i have put the harness in every thing works but what is happening is when the coil flat blade terminal is put on the signal from cdi to coil is lost then in plug coil an spark is back can you shed some light on why it's doing this

Hello, my name is Tony and I'm new to this forum.  I have several atv's ranging from a little 50cc 2 stroke to a klf-300 4 stroke shaft drive. I'm currently looking for the repair manual/wire diagram for a 2010 taotao ATA125-E 4 wheeler with the remote kill system. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance.

Here is a wiring diagram it should be for your machine if not it will be close. There is only 4 wires going to the switch. The red dashed on print I believe will be a red white striped wire which is positive 12 volt (terminal Batt). The red wire is the kill wire(terminal HO). Green dashed or green white goes to ground(terminal E) Then the black wire is the ignition wire(terminal IG).

With switch on position contact is closed for the terminal Batt and terminal IG giving power to the CDI unit. The terminal E and HO is open.
With switch in Off position the terminal Batt and IG is open and the terminals  E and HO is closed turning the CDI off.

Yeah I'm in the same boat, 250cc with a pair of harnesses that I cant figure out. Really vague wiring "diagram" that came with it.

      Hello from southeast Georgia. Was gifted a 2000 Yamaha bear tracker with out a carb or battery and looking like it had seen better days. Was told it had sat for about three years. Explained a lot. Put a carb on and a battery in and it started right up. Surprised the heck out of me  Anyhow as stated in my opening I am  78 years old with a very long motorcycle backgground but brand new to atv's. Anyone else out here from Georgia? Would like to meet up with some folks for a ride or two. Looks like a great site. Thanks for having me.

      I got a 2005 350 Raptor Special Edition and I'm dealing with a no start issue; the weirdest thing is when I'm cranking it fires and slows down showing signs of pre firing, smoke shoots out the carburetor every time it sparks. every electrical part (CDI, Rectifier, Stator, Coil) has been swapped out from previous owner, the top end of the engines all new and I cleaned the carb out, anyone got any ideas or similar problems, also is it possible to have a bad spark timing

      Just joined. Been riding since grammar school and still going. I like to ride off and on-road "toys" and I don't care if it's import or domestic, if I like it, I ride it. I'm also factory trained tech for H-D and Suzuki. I currently work for a Chinese powersports dealership and there is little to no support from the makers and that includes any manuals or diagrams.
