    You mean after-market/replacements? Go with new ones if you can. A set of shiny plastics does wonders for a machines image.

    All of the things you mentioned ANY MFG would label as either wear and tear or not taking care of it. I'm not saying you didn't but no company would cover that.

    I'm also up at 8000+ feet. That has a lot to do with it. When I go to the low lands and ride around 5000 I don't.

    Mine runs like Nick's. I fire it up and ignore it. I can hear in how it revs when I need to turn the choke off. If I can get it fired up in the cold, I'm golden.

    Every Honda I have EVER dealt with has been like that. The CR...I have seen people's leg fall off before it starts in the cold. During the summer, the CR will be screaming after 3 good kicks.(plus a few light ones to get the oil swishing around)

    My 450 will fire up in about 2 seconds during the summer.

    Oh! I thought you meant they designed them and send you a copy on paper. My mistake. My wife does graphic design for Phoenix Custom Apparel. She does similar things but for race trucks and dragsters.
