  1. Has anyone removed the plastic bed on Ranger 150 to allow better access to the engine more specifically when checking valve adjustment? Thanks
  2. Have you been able to adjust the valves on the 150 yet?
  3. Watching the Polaris youtube on the tranny change the fluid drained matches the factory old stuff and what they add back looks like the purple AGL... I do believe the unit is easier to shift in to Forward and Reverse with the new fluid... Seems to drive better too!

  5. These are very helpful for adding fluid to front diff and tranny. There are units of measure marked on the side so you can keep up with the amount of fluid added. https://www.amazon.com/Mityvac-MVA6851-Automotive-Accessories/dp/B00MPQ8RBG/ref=sr_1_19?dchild=1&keywords=mighty+vac&qid=1613936032&sr=8-19
  6. What I have seen in a kit is the appropriate amount of engine oil and a new oil filter. You also need to change fluid in front differential and the transmission. There are a few grease zerks on the chassis. The owners manual should provide a list of maintenance tasks as well.
  7. Just got the kids a Ranger 150 for christmas. Doing fluid change and owners manual calls for AGL in tranny. Stuff I drained out looks like heavy gear oil, not the purple synthetic fluid from Polaris. Anybody else experience this?
  8. Anyone have a service manual for foreman 400 circa 2000? Thank you in advance.
  9. Had not seen the string trick. I am going to try this on Ranger 150 as it is difficult to measure the center of tires with a tape measure!
