This is not a good thing and if passed could carry over to other states. I agree that a rider safety course should be given, also the limit of allowable cc/size of engine should be in place per age (if they want to start restrictions), but ultimately the decision should be up to the parents. -
I believe the laws vary by state. Some state laws do not restrict the number of passengers you can put on an ATV. So, should you choose to ride double, you must do so at your own risk.

Do you take part in another atv community forum? We'd love to know! We want to make sure that we offer all our members as much as we can. If you are active in another atv community and/or forum, we would like to know is the following: 1.Name of the forum/site/url 2.How active you are there 3.What do you like the most there 4. What do you dislike there 5. If you could change something there or add something, what would it be. Thank you for your input!

yep, I've been wondering how come we have a bit over 700 members and only about 20 or less posters with about 5 regular posters. Maybe our members are not getting to the forums?

We'd like to announce that we are hosting a "Top 100 ATV Sites" section of the site. For those of you who happen to be site owners, you will appreciate this as it will give you the opportunity to put add your link or banner. This is a BETA release which means it is in testing stages. We do invite you to take part in it and add your site if it is ATV related and you are the owner. There is a seperate log in and site owner control panel. Please report any problems to [email protected] or use the contact form at the bottom of the site. At this moment there will not be a link to this section directly but only from the forums.
