  1. take a look at this thread, it may help you out ... in particular, post #8 & #9 http://www.quadcrazy.com/atvforum/suzuki-atv-forum/6367-kingquad-700-stuck-4wd-diff-locked.html
  2. there is a single wire for the neutral safety switch. my yamaha is located behind the motor on the transmission and it will look like a temp sending unit or oil sending unit from a car/truck that has a tab for connection. more than likely there is a bad spot in that wire. you just have to trace it and make sure its connected well and no breaks in the wire ...
  3. clutch fork might be bent. Can you adjust linkage to help?
  4. timing maybe? check valve clearences ...
  5. how is the linkage? have you fiddled around trying to see if it needs to be tighter or looser?

  11. the micrometer reading is the cylinder measure, to get the best fit with rings. measured in 1000s/inch ... and yes, i think its worth it ...
  12. if you replace the piston, you will need to hone the cylinder out and take a micrometer reading. i know there are 3-4 different size pistons for the bike for honing and wear. you might have to adjust the valves after for it to start and /or carb work. thats all i have ... sounds like a pretty good deal btw ...
