    all this rain must be a north american thing ... 2 days before i was due out of camp, a bridge was washed out and couldnt cross (made a temporary bridge thank God), where i live in Ft Mac, they called a state of emergency and now alot more areas in Alberta are under the same order ... crazy !!!

    the easiest mods would be rejetting and an aftermarket muffler. tires, check out ITP TIRES - The World's #1 ATV Aftermarket Tire & Wheel Source not sure about lift kits for sport quads, quadnut20 would be a good guy to ask ... just pm him ...

    there may be 1 or 2 fuses where your battery cables go to the starter via solenoid .... is this what youre asking?

    i would think it would be good for your bike, i ll look around on line for a more specific one. you can d-load the manual in the yamaha manuals thread, post #3 i think it is ...

    if you know someone with a bike like yours, try switching out the cdi box ... you might want to try and trace the wires for a short somewhere too ...

    the belt is pretty easy to change, sitting on the bike it should be on your right, behind the engine side cover

    there may be an inspection cover for the drive belt, sounds like thats where i would start first, maybe a cheap fix of a worn out belt ...

    any specs you need will more than likely be the same, given the early big bears were moto 4s, and your bike is a utility model ... just saying ...
