good i m glad there wasn t nothing major wrong with it

just bought my new parts i needed for my raptor. I got a houser steering stem and bar mounts. renthal fatbar handlebars. and a renthal chain and sprocket kit. so hopefully i ll be back riding again by next weekend.

Try a newer year maybe they changes the size in the newer model warriors.

ya got tired of trying to figure out what was wrong with it. so the opportunity came up so i got rid of it. sucks i sunk a lot of money into it but what the hell its making someone else happy so i guess thats a plus

i just sold a 2001 warrior because it kept cutting out . i had it rebuilt and then it just started running funny . i had it to just about every shop around here but they couldnt figure it out. sold it last month for $500 just put brand new plastic on it a couple years ago. the guy took it to his friends and figured out there was a wire hooked up backwards. i ve kicked myself in the butt ever since .

i m not sure. if it was just a ticking noise i d say it was your valves. but i don t know what that would be. does it do it all the time.

is it a really loud noise or just a ticking sound

i havn t recently but it has happened. pull back a little to far and end up on the grab bar.

i have a dmc efi controller for my raptor. i like it works pretty good. i have the dmc duals with it. theres lots of companies that make them . its all in what you want and how much you want to pay. pretty much every exhaust company makes them now. and they program fuel maps to run with their exhaust.

i ve been getting all my stuff from motosport havnt had any problems with them yet. i ve used them for probably 6 years now. and if you buy over $100 worth of parts shipping is free.

if you want more performance go with the full exhaust. you ll need to get a fuel programmer too. they cost between $200 - $400 depending on what brand you get. and you ll want to get an aftermarket air filter too.

i cant help you on how much to sell it for . i liked them when they came out they were way ahead of there time. if i had the money i d definaely would be interested but unfortunatly i dont .

can am has some pretty good racers i think. John Natalie won the championship for them last year and Joel Hetrick is doing good for them . he won a couple over alls last year as a rookie. and Chad wienen was going for the championship too until he got hurt. Yamaha hasn t had anybody good for a while until this year. I don t think Chad Wienen has lost a moto yet.

its all in the racer. you can have the best race quad out there but if you dont have the talent your not going to win.
