I'm a SAXOPHONE MAN. I love playing along my favorite music, R & B; softrock;latin jazz;oldies;blues. I come home from work all tired and stressed out from it and playing my sax relaxes me right away. I know how to read a little music because of high school but I'm better at playing by ear. I usually listen to smooth jazz. Hey don't get me wrong heck I love music especially when I go riding , ROCK motivates me everytime. BLACK SABBATH, CREED, DEMON HUNTER,DISTURBED,KID ROCK, METALLICA,MOTLEY CURE,RESORTE,SLIPKNOT,SALIVA. Just checking if anyone plays music or not that's all. O yeah and a few notes on the piano and quit

I used to be a Piano and Drummer Guy.....Havent Thought about any of it in 25 yrs though....I ALWAYS wished I would have played SAX....I think its the most Soulful noise ever to come out of an instrument......Gotta bring it for around the Campfire:biggrin::wink:

Wow! Me I don't know. I'd have to drink a few to get brave enough and play a few, in order to play in front of just met friends. It would be cool though man.

That's too hard for me. My all time favorite band is Sublime. I'm pretty partial towards Slightly Stoopid too. I had a little seat time behind the kit with them. I really love the old school punk rock.

Well I can kick butt with my CD player  Listen to a little bit of everything from the late Robert Johnson to Ted Nugent.....BUT can't do country music at all.

You gotta love the "Motor City Madman". I grew up listening to my dads classic rock, I'm addicted to it.

Do you like any of the old blues? The road that we live on had several juke joints back in the 20's era and one was even on the property that our house sits on now. Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters, BB King, etc. has played on our property at one time or another here years ago....in fact Robert Johnson was poisened just a few miles from our house.

I pretend to play the drums but wouldnt dare call myself a musician. Hey stoopidbot1 there is a Sublime tribute band called Wrong way. They play here in the south around GA, AL, and TN. ---- WRONG WAY: A Tribute To Sublime ---- That should be there site and they also have a Myspace page. I just saw them play Saturday, have been to many of their concerts and they always do a great show.

Have you ever seen Slightly Stoopid? Bradley Nowell discovered them. I played drums for them for a while.

Yeah , Im not positive but when I was stationed in California I think I've been to one of thier shows. They got a great sound also.

Do you play often? Can you play by ear, you listening to music and playing along it. Try it , it's pretty cool. When I was in school I learned to read music and I got bored always reading music. So I started listening and playing along my cd's and got better at my playing. Now it's easy to play anything I hear, well except rock music. O and by the way, nice drawing you drew, excellent. Thats one of my other talents I have too, drawing. I do more of calligraphy lettering. Anyways back to the subject "music". I hope you don't stop playing and riding ofcourse.

I'm repairing a 96 Timberwolf 2x4. Many years ago a dog chewed the wires that go from stator to the rectifier/regulator, and I've had to use the pull start ever since. Ive since lost the plug for the stator and on the wiring harness side. I'm ordering a new stator that will also come with the female plug that I need to fix it on the wiring harness side, but I have no clue in what position to put those 3 white wires(ones I'm holding with electrical tape on them) back into the new plug. Since they're all the same color, does it matter? Any info on this or pictures anyone has of their own will be very much appreciated.

I ordered an ATV through ElectriRide a ( Pioneer 1500w Power E-Grizzly Electric ATV ), on February 13, 2024.  They ( ElectriRide ), ordered it from the manufacture on February 28, 2024. Not sure when it shipped, but it arrive here at my house on June 25, 2024.  I live in Hawaii.
Unpacking it, I quickly became aware that this was not the ATV that I ordered.  The package had some damaged, but not major.  After unpacking it, it was very obvious that this was not the ATV that I had ordered, plus it was missing some a number of parts, namely the rear rack & no instruction or electrical circuit layout, just to name a few.  A couple of days later I found ( 2 ) small two burnt holes in the upper frame, right side, also.  Several days later I tried to charge the batteries on the ATV, after plugging it in for over 4  hours, “NO CHARGE” , I checked the charger’s output voltage, it read “ “ 0 “ volts, the charger needs to be replaced also.
The next day, I reported all of this to ElectriRide, & they asked for photos, which I later that day send to them.  They said they would look into it and get back to me. For the last 2 1/2 weeks, I have been calling them (playing phone tag ) & emailing them, basically getting the same message back from them.  They sent me e-mails “ we will get back to you “ or “ Please rest assured that we are committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction. “.  As of today, that message was 10 day ago, and it’s been 3 weeks after receiving the wrong ATV.  And 5 months from the time of ordering the ATV.
The ATV that this looks the most similar/closest to the one that I received is the ( Pioneer 48v 1000w Adult ATV Electric ) in their catalog, but there are a number of differences to it also.  ( Mostly it’s a 1000 watts motor, not a 1500 watts motor ATV, plus a number of other things also ).  The suspension & wheels are completely different, along with some of the electrical components, and it was missing the rear rack also.  Along with some other minor things.
I seem to be getting nowhere with communicating with them, (ElectriRide ) in getting this mix-up / changes resolved after calling / emailing them pretty much daily for over 3+ weeks, I am turning to you, the ATV community for any suggestions for helping me to solve my problem.
Please leave any suggestion / ideas, you thing might help me solve this problem, or who to contact that might be able to help..

I'm new to the mechanics of riding. I've ridden quads and love it, but I've never really owned one of my own. I bought this quad in pretty rough shape and have been slowly restoring it. I'm almost ready to kick it over, but I'm doing a little research before i add fluids. I'm wondering what kind of oil i should use. I know the specs call for 10w40, but with the age and brand of my quad I'm curious to hear an experienced opinion. And since I'm just getting started with this forum, I don't have access to the service manuals yet. Any and all advice is welcome and appreciated! Thanks and happy riding!
