  1. Thank you to everyone who responded to this thread and offered their services. New moderators have been chosen and contacted. A separate thread will be started announcing them within a day or two. Thank you all again, for your support.
  2. I just want to say THANK YOU for all the attention. Unfortunately it would take too much coding right now, for me to change my username. It's tagged to posts and history here....Maybe down the road I will get creative and look into it, just don't have the time right now.
  3. The candidates we have so far as I see it are: Scott JoeT outlander560 Sparrows powermaddd400ex SunLrider jigolbeep DirtDemon DrtyGrlKristin I will leave this thread open until the end of the day, we hope to bring our new mods onboard over the weekend. Thanks.
  4. We appreciate all the nominations and inquiries to fill the positions. This thread will remain open through Wednesday, the 18th, after which we will be looking over the candidates with our current moderators, and assigning the new positions hopefully by next weekend. Thank you all for your support!
  5. UPDATED! Now, when you log in with your e-mail...ayone who is on your contacts list and is ALREADY a member, shows on top. Also added some new e-mails you can log in to. Find Your Friends » QUADCRAZY ATV Community
  6. Sorry folks.....it took a little longer than expected to get the site back up...
  7. We have 3 moderator positions open and are looking to bring a few people onboard to help oversee these forums and keep them moving. The requirements to be a moderator in these forums are: 1. You must check your forums (forums you are assigned to) once a day by logging into this site. An occasional missed day is fine. If you are gone or will be gone for more than 2 days, a message needs to be posted for our moderating team and a Super Moderator should be notified. 2. An open mind, calm attitude, mediator mentality, and complete professionalism is required. 3. You may not be a forum moderator on any other site at the same time. More details and moderator handbook provided. If you are intersted or would like to nominate someone, please post a reply in this thread.
  8. You may notice that the bar is back at the bottom of the pages in the other sections of the community. It's a Facebook style chat bar allowing you to quickly connect with your friends here via instant message. (so if you have no friends, you should get some..) We're still testing this out and would appreciate any bug reports to be posted in this thread. Please include the browser that you are using. Our plan is to bring it to the forum side also once we get the kinks worked out.
  9. Welcome to the site Arky217! I can appreciate your rant, but please avoid posting duplicate threads. You posted the exact same thread in 3 different areas. I removed the other 2. As far as your key, that's what happens when it's only available at one place, with no competition...
  10. It's not being supported for the type of integration we need with the scripts that we use. So no updates or help from their support team. This was from an e-mail we received from them.
  11. We've gone back to a modified version of our original chat software since Userplane chat is not being supported moving forward. We've also added a block on the main page to see who is in chat. This chat does not provide web cam chatting but should work error free. You can clear your flash cookies if you see an old theme or it's not working for you, by visiting Adobe at: Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Website Storage Settings panel Just press delete all sites in the settings box. This will force all flash objects to be reloaded from websites. Shouldn't be an issue except for some of our old timers...if they are using the same browser and never cleared their cookies.. 12. We integrated USERPLANE into the site. It's actually their chat, on their servers. We do have some configurations we can change. I've adjusted to allow for 5 video docks, let me know if this works.
  13. We just added an easy way to insert any image in the GALLERY section into any forum that supports BB code (like here) and any website. The two forum options are for the regular image and thumbnail. Just copy and paste the code into your post, that's it!
  14. Well, we've changed it a bit today again. We've expanded the width of the forum and entire site a bit, which allowed us to go back to the shoutbox in the right column of the main page and have our sub forums viewable. The style selector now shows the default view, no-sub forum view, and extended view.
  15. We've made a decision to make the extended style the "default" style. It provides for easier navigation through our sub-forum structure. The past style, with the shoutbox in the right column, along with the new post ticker, is still available. It's been named "QUADCRAZY Shoutbox Layout". You can switch to it by scrolling to the bottom of the page and looking on the left side for the stylechooser drop down box. The system will remember that you picked that style for as long as you have not cleared your browser histiory. We also added a shoutbox link in this style. It's in the second navigation bar at the top left. It will open up a pop-up window, as long as you have pop-ups enabled and are logged in. If it does not open, make sure you allow pop-ups for this site.
  16. This is very interesting. Are you guys going to have updates via specific website? Is there a site set up for this? We would be more than happy to set up a page/sub forum for you if you are interested. Good luck guys, I'll be watching this thead for updates!
  17. The map feature when posting a trail up until now worked with entering GPS coordinates. We've just changed it to automatically convert from the address entered if GPS coordinates are not provided. If you do not see the map, just refresh the page for the trail listing. It will auto populate as the pages are viewed.
  18. I'd like to welcome BuckBilly back to the moderating team. BuckBilly was a mod here in the past and has decided to again give a helping hand in moderating our forums. We thank him and all our mods for their hard work and support!
