  1. I have a yamaha rhino and it is not dangerous. The people driving them are dangerous. Like the guy who lost his arm from driving his rhino in a straight line at 15mph on flat ground and it flipped on his arm...ok.
  2. Even with some technical problems in the 7th lap I took home a 3rd place. Here are a few small videos from the race. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0GsO83YZ4N8]YouTube - 8-16-09 C.O.R.E. 3. Please don't stop contributing to the site. We try and keep topics in the correct forums to make it easier for others to locate it. The general discussion section tends to get cluttered.
  4. It is different than a SA, so it's gonna take getting use to. But the second you put your weight back that IRS is gonna set you on rails...CRAZY HOOKUP! But in a sense, yes, you need to keep that back a bit light.
  5. I think a Rhino would better suit your needs. It has a bed that can carry 400lbs with dumping capabilities. It also comes with a receiver to put a ball on and tow a small trailer. It also has a 1200lbs towing capacity. It is also nice that if you and your son go outhunting or just for fun, you both have a comfortable and your not riding chest to back. When you decide to kick back on the side of a trail, the seats come out and make some handy little trail side lazy boys.
  6. It is very easy to slide a quad with IRS. The difference is instead of keeping your weight towards the middle/back end of the quad (on a straight axle) You must get your weight forward. Because both back tires are going to stay flat for the most part, you need to free them up.
  7. Thanks guys, it was a great day

  13. Is there much for a sport quad to do or is it pretty much all like that?
  14. LOL, Yeah you come across the occasional snake, I haven't seen one in a couple of years though. Really the only dangers on our trails are on coming riders, stupid people, bikes/horses, and HUGE cliffs.
  15. You ever worry about Gators when you're doing deep water riding in Florida??? Welcome to the site.
