    If you take a chunk out of the fender then yeah. When I painted my old bike, we put about 5 coats of clear. I scratched the clear plenty but I never scratched the paint.

    Razors are the best tire I have ever ran. He was looking for the best tire on a budget. I would have to say that Kenda's GNCC style tire is the best "cheap" tire.

    If you put a few coats of clear on it, when you scratch them it scratches the clear coat not the paint.

    They usually remove the front brakes, make the thing as light as possible. I've seen drag quads that aren't much more than frame, handle bars, motor, and tires.

    What size rim do you have? What is the current size of your tires? Off hand I would say some Kendas.

    If you bought just a slip-on you might not have to rejet at all.

    I found that info for the AC 650. Quads are generally around 93db.

    They look like some quality products. This is what I found on them just real quick. Each and every system is designed to increase power, add acceleration and throttle response, reduce weight and offer a new deeper throatier sound. We try to keep sound levels to a minimum without sacrificing any power or performance. We also try to keep all of our systems at or below a 96 sound decibel reading. Each kit comes with installation instructions, proper mounting hardware and proper jetting for summer riding at sea level if changes are needed. Most kits come with a jet chart as well. Our technical department can give you proper jetting specs for custom applications as well. With all full exhaust kits we also suggest the use of one our clutch kits to ensure that the machine is operating at it’s suggested rpm with the new exhaust system installed.

    I would have to say some thing in the carb for sure. Have you ever took your carb apart to clean it?

    I have 4 fox helmets. I love them, the most comfortable helmet for me.

    What kind of oil do you run? As long as it's 2 stroke oil that you are mixing I don't think it would make it bog. Will it start, does it idle or immediately start bogging down?

    In the 80's I wore an open face with the little face guard that snaps on to the goggles.
