  1. Thanks for the lookout, but I've ordered a reconditioned head for it from atvcylinders.
  2. Thanks Mech I'll do that.
  3. Ok thanks i'll have a look.
  4. I have a 2019 LTA-500 that needs a rebuild. The head assy and cover and cam is trashed. It seems like lack of oil feed to top end. Piston and cylinder is good. My main reason for posting is where is the cheapest place to buy parts? I'm in Australia but I have bought some parts before from Partzilla. I did find a reconditioned head assy on ebay from seller ATVcylinders, but still need a few things like cam oil pump, gaskets etc. I'm still looking for a workshop manual for this bike. Some photos of the damaged cam and head.

  7. That's quite cool. I've added my location if I did it right. Nobody near me here in Australia, but give it time and it will expand. Well done.

  9. That's a neat idea that CV Performance have come up with. Those mixture screws are a pain to adjust when mounted on the bike.
  10. Welcome to all new members. There's a heap of information here to learn from when you look around.
  11. Your doing okay Jacob, I'm still watching this post to see how you go.
  12. Your doing good, sometimes those rocker shafts are a pain to get out. A small slide hammer will help to remove the shafts.
  13. Thank you for the great post. Handy information to put in my memory bank. Thanks.
  14. I might be wrong, but when testing compression aren't you suppose to have the throttle wide open? I do that when testing compression.
  15. I too agree about the manuals and knowledge that you get from this site. it is fantastic.
  16. I can see there's a lot of work gone into that. It's a nice looking ride.
  17. I've done repairs on a CFMoto 500 and thought the machine was well built. It was a 2011 model I think. Parts were hard to get here in Australia but all in all I thought it was a good machine.
  18. Welcome to new members I have found this site very helpful. I'm sure you will too.
  19. Hi all. I thought I'd introduce myself on here. I've been reading a lot but not posting anything. I do repairs to a range of quad bikes at home casually for a bit of extra income. I find this site great for reading info and manuals. Keep up the good work.
