Touchy spark plugs on newer Honda utility quads.

The replacement plug is a NGK Laser Iridium. The number is IJR7A97901. Not sure what the factory plug is. -

Have not even tried to yet. Best guess is the tailgate will not close with it in the bed. The inside of the bed measures 6 ft 3inches. I have a 6.5 ft by 14 ft trailer that I use. When I side load the Ruby it has almost no extra space between the sides on my trailer.

Found out on the Ruby you have to let it run no less than 7 minutes or the motor starts to warm up. It fouls out a $15 dollar plug. I know the Rubicon and Rincon use this plug. Do not know how many other models this affects. Also watch how long the choke is on. These plugs are real easy to foul out.

Double check your wiring, to make sure the wires are in there proper spots. Also make sure all your bolts and screws are tight on the winch. Also have you tried a different rocker switch?
