  4. on ur carb their should be a little drain plug at the bottom of it.... i pretty sure this is on all carbs.... try draining the carb for a good 5 second maybe a little more of the gas into a bucket... then trying running it.
  5. i have jumped my kitty a couple times off a big jump.... but now with those stiffer shocks im a bit hesitant to do it..
  6. im a little cunfused to bout the vacuum wat u mean by that... do u mean when he starts it up and the gas is sucked through the jets in the carb.... he never said he soaked his carb in carb cleaner.....
  7. i actually might know wat it is..... have u gone through any water with it???? or let water anywere near the carburator.... this was happening to an engine we were working on.... turns out there was water in the jets so wen we give it more power the more fuel it sucked in and because water is thicker then gas it would clog the jet which would lead to it bogging down.... i have never done this on an atv engine but their is a chemical that u put in ur gas tank.... i pretty sure its called "dry gas"..... but i wouldnt put it in without consulting the dealer.... and if that wont work, u might need a new carb would be my next guess?

  18. the joints... idk y they do but i heard they overheat... not a definite just from wat i heard and read..
  19. those gorilla axles r probably not ur best bet... ive heard from many people that they overheat...
  20. gorilla shocks are good but i heard from a lot of people that they overheat because they were built for the atvers who like to ride in the water and swamps.... they are strong but just be careful with them... and for quality shocks are u looking for less sag or r u looking for something that will move with the turrain?
  21. im not the one who broke it i was just explaining that to bot cause he didnt know how those axles work..i got that from people in forums and videos cause i was planning on doing a lift but didnt want to pay for the axles..
  22. o thanks yea i really like them thanks again for sticking me to my first idea instead of painting them
  23. ok cool glad to be of some assitance
  24. no problem if their is anything else u want to know or if some parts of that didnt make any sense just ask
  25. o bot u have seen an independent rear suspension atv right??? well on the axle their are to parts (im explaining the front axles). Now wen the axle is connected to the gear transfer case in the front of a 4x4 atv the connection is called a plunge joint so wen u hit a jump instead of it popping up in goes inward like a toilet plunger (hense plunge joint) it does not swivel at all it is fixed. Now wen u connect it to the hub which connects to the tire the axle swivels up down and left to right and doesnt plunge at all.. now for the rear im pretty sure it does the same thing as the front axle but not a 100% sure more like 80%
