Aurora Shootings !

My prayers and thought go out to families in this senseless shooting !! Many of us had friends and family or knew some of them at the movies that night !!

It was senseless my thoughts and prayers are with everyone who was affected by this.

Was any reason given??? Obviously he didnt just snap...

I had some friends there but they weren`t among the wounded :confused:We havent heard a motive yet ! The media is giving its own spin on things ! I wish they would shut the F%%K up and wait till they have some actual facts ! The guy was a Med student working on a PHD ! His apartment was Boobie trapped to exploed when someone entered it crazy around here

I read that he is unemployed now also and noone can really figure out where he got, what is easily over $20,000 dollars worth of stuff most of which is not available to the general public and where he got the training to use it and rig his apartment the way he did. The news article I read suggests that there is no way he could have done it alone and there are more people involved. It is possible we may never know. I glad your friends were OK although their lives have been changed also.

geting rid of all guns would be the smartest step, good ole hand to hand if you're a real man ... JMO

ya its rediculius that you can t even go to watch a movie with your family without some crazy as* shooting people. thought and prayers go out to all that was involved.

I agree with you on the hand to hand thing. I don't own a gun and always felt that anyone can take me down from 100yards with a gun, but try it face to face and hand to hand.

I feel sorry for the victims and their families. But you have to ignore the press and the spin they are putting on it and take it for what it is.

For all those who say this is a reason to ban guns you are flat out wrong.

I agree 100% with being a man of honor and fighting fist to fist if need be. The problem is people like this guy who do not follow honorable rules. He accessed the bombs and guns illegally, who would think he would follow a gun law.

In this case one person who legally possessed a concealed carry permit who was carrying that night may have saved someone's life. Until the criminals and insane start following the rules we need the right to protect ourselves.

Agreed, most owners of legal registered guns are those who are most responsible with them. There are no new laws that can be put into place to prevent that from happening again. If someone wants to steal, murder, rape they will do so by any means. If they cant use a gun they use something else.

I agree I think the media is to spin the focous, the real issue here is the families that no longer have loved ones and how to make an example of this guy so no one ever even thinks of doing something like this again.
