I got a chance to go on a a fishing trip last weekend to Bimini. We flew down to Ft.lauderdale and took a prop plane to the island. Great time, about 40 of us went. Did some deep sea and bone fishing...Bimini is known for shark infested waters! Below are some pics...

what is bone fishing?

Bone fishing is fishing in the flats, 2-3 ft of water. You try and catch a bone fish which are great fighters. You gotta be real quick. The lemon sharks will chase them and try to get them when they are in distress. You go on a small 2 man boat with a guide. The guide uses a long stick to push the boat once in the flats.

When`s the next trip ??

Who knows...hopefully one day again!

Are you allowed to bring home any fish ?

Well, back to the docs....we weren't shipping any fish back from the Bahamas...lol. Some fish are catch and release, some you don't want. We brought most everything back and cooked it up or gave it to the locals.

Did you catch the big one or did it get away.

The big one or most desirebale would be a Marlin catch, but no such luck. We let the shark go...

Revisiting this one 11 years later..lol. I never went back to Bimini but have been watching some vids online. The video below is very recent and shows you Bimini today. I guess they have a hotel and casino now. The crew did some nice fishing and spear fishing as well. Good watch if you like fishing.

Okay so I bought this 1997 sazuki king quad from a guy and he had it for a few years.
He had it registered and on the trails last year but he said it bogged and backfired when he would try to drive it. so it sat for a year.
I bought it for 800 bucks and got it running that night and it ran great for a few days
But I parked it the other night and went to start it again and it was really hard to fire up and when I did it was bogging and idling high then low again.
So I took the carb out and cleaned it (ended up doing it twice because it was still doing the same thing)
Now today I have it running slightly better, but it is still like 20%
I have been looking it up and trying to figure it out but I can't find the issue, has anyone else had this problem? I'll attach a video of it running and giving some throttle

My new 2023 Polaris Sportsman 850 is in the shop for a pinched Wiring Harness from the factory...
I did one ride on it (100kms), then to the shop for a month, waiting for them to replace it with a new one.
