I found this forum. Can't hurt to give it a try.. Click Here>suzuki lt f4 1991 wdxm forum The same site has a parts list. Click Here>suzuki partsmanual fiche lt f4 1991 wdxm partslist Maybe you can find everything you need there, but don't leave us. I also would like to see a picture of your quad if you can. Yeah, just because you're old doesn't give you the right to break the law and not listen to an officer of the law you're breaking.

I have been told by some that the Warriors don't have a Rev Limiter and others have told me they do have a Rev Limiter. So who is correct? Does the Yamaha Warrior have a Rev Limiter? Thanks CrazyK 98 Yamaha Warrior

What Hauls your Toys and Why????

The picture of the 69 Bronco makes me miss my 68 Bronco.. My Bronco was all stock, even had the corny looking hub caps, three on the tree (column shifter).. But one day up in the mountains my Bronco decided it wanted to roll down the hill and over a 100 or so foot drop.. Hey I had to go real bad.. I guess I forgot to do something before leaving the truck... Sad day that was.. -

Yes, I know you were telling in general, and it was good basic run down. I just added the post to give them an important heads up about 3 & 5 and the lining of the arrows. As for the Torque specs, I guess I should of added that they are for the Yamaha Warrior 1987 thru 2003. Oops.. The reason this is still fresh in my mind, is because I just replaced my clutch in my 98 Warrior. I wasn't trying to step on toes or anything. I just wanted to make sure people understand there is more to it. :cheers2c: CrazyK

Isn't there two friction plates that have cushen rings and are slightly narrower than the others? And don't they go in the 3rd and 5th positions when the friction plates are installed? And don't forget when installing the pressure plate be sure to align the arrows on the clutch boss and the pressure plate. Also Clutch spring plate bolts torque specs are 70in-lbs and the clutch case cover is 84in-lbs I still highly recommend getting a service manual before attempting this job. It's easy but it's always nice to have a book and illustrations to look at when needed. CrazyK
