ur starter clutch is bad,it is located on the left side of ur bike behind the side cover,u will also need a balancer puller to remove the fly wheel,it's not that hard to replace,go to thes site and it will tell u how to replace ur one way,as well as parts needed,i have done a couple of them,make sure u replace the 52 tooth gear...................L&A Designs One Way Yamaha Raptor 660 Starter Clutch message me if u have any questions....good luck

sounds like u have a bad starter clutch,i replaced mine in my raptor,i am sure they are similar,you u get a lifetime warranty,and rebuildable one way from l&a one way,i used them on both of my bikes and have had real good luck.........also look at the big gear that the starter clutch rides on,9 out of 10 times i will destroy the hub that it rides on.the gear should also be replaced,and be sure to change ur oil to get all the shavings out of the motor............good luck,hope this helps ya

i believe there is a screen filter attached to the petcock when u remove it inside the tank,i would remove the pet cock an clean up the filter

i like fuel injection,seems to be better in power,more fuel efficsnt,and u don't have to choke it or rejet for different elevations

i think you should see if maybe u could find someone that owns what u are looking for and see if they would let u take it for a spin to see if that model is right for you,the reverse is nice,but so is the suspension,or get the bike with reverse and upgrade the suspension....it looks like u are kind or pron to hondas,but i also think that a raptor may be more along the lines of what u are looking for...good luck with ur choice

Thanks, guys,i'ts a really nice bike and i like it lot,but i never ride it,alaways riding my wheelers,only put maybe 100-150 miles last summer,so i think it is time to sell it to some one who will ride it,and i am going to get a new wheeler if she sells...lol
