    maybe there isn't the demand right now. i am guessing the 250's changed body style since '05? these guys usually would have it ATV | Maier USA but don't yet. i'm sure its available from your honda dealer though .... $$$ i found as late as '06, but not sure if its the same style ....

    the needle and seat i think are available only in a carb kit, if you aren't driving it right away, i would change the oil after you think you have found the problem. check your over flow hose too, to see if it's clogged, if you leave the gas on and the over flow is blocked, it will do the same thing as a bad needle and seat.

    you might have a bad needle and seat and the float is stuck open, running too rich or a blocked overflow hose, or it has been flooded a few times. you should always turn the gas off when you park it too.
