    Thanks for the links guys. It seems harder to mod an 400 now since the 450 took over. Im a true to heart 400 fan and will do everything within my power AND budget to be better and faster than a 450. Sent from my SGH-T959V using Tapatalk

    For the carb, there was a posting / thread about Ethanol Shield . Its avail at walmart or home depot. Any equipment with a small engine that comes into my shop that runs rough, the first thing we do is pour in ethanol shield. It cures most of the running and idling problems. There is also a bigger bottle called mechanic in a bottle. Try those first before the carb tear down Sent from my SGH-T959V using Tapatalk

    Will do. So far after 6 months of hard riding I have no strange noises or motor issues. Ive heard the bbk are reliable but its usually the engine builder or the lack of propet breakin that kills it Sent from my SGH-T959V using Tapatalk

    Part of the 500cc kit is a big oil cooler Im hoping. Im working with Mickey Dunlap and he is taking the time to walk me through this. He is quite thorough.
