Just to let everyone know, I hate driving 4 hours to unload and ride. Then have to sit in 6 hours worth of traffic on the ride home because LI has a fist up its azz and wont let people ride here. Gardiner park in Bay Shore has great trails for atvs let us ride!! I tried to use MyTracks while walking at Gardiner dog park trails today Couldnt track my phone while walking!!! and like previously stated my batt went dead real fast Any other gps apps that you guys would recommend? Every so often i check out used 400exs. All the ones in my area are more than 2000. Most going for 2500+. Is the 400ex becoming a collector item or are new atv prices that expensive that no one wants them. Early in the year the price for a 400ex (used) around here was 1200-2000. Why the big jump? So im not one for reading directions but I just winterized my lawn equipment and added Ethanol-Shield to all of them. I used one bottle for three small machines. They didnt run very good with it in their tanks. Hopefully that was the E-S doing its job and getting rid of gunk and not me adding way too much LOL. The first run out with E-S in my 400EX made for an interesting adventure. Was bogging down at WOT and gurgling. I did use one bottle for 1 tank of gas. Hey more is better right? I was riding around Bay Shore on the streets and thought Im gunna get caught and wont be able to outrun the cops. Ran that tank down and added fresh 93 with the proper mix of E-S and it runs like a champ again. All that street driving and my tires are down to 4/32nds of tread left.

I would of never have guessed that one. Whats going to happen from here?

Nother update. Seems as though i dont make enough to carry two mortgages. Although if I where to put 40k down id make enough.. Who the fu** has 40k laying around? Also i cant take out a loan for the 40k. Not allowed to according to the back. No equity left in the house either. Any ideas?!? This has nothing to do with credit either. Umm we kinda need a lil more info. make, model, year, front or rear and is the old one that you are trying to replace on there still. what is your mechanical skill level? Most are held on by two bolts with locking tabs. the brake hose fitting uses the two copper washers on either side. If this has you puzzled, best bet would be to take it to a pro.

Probably what its called. I call the trails I ride by the road I park on. Is there a waterfall, underpass or cave around there? We thought we found it but not sure.

I was invited to ride on the west side of St. Clair on Sunday from Markdb. We met up at the parking area at RAC. I had the best time and was able to keep up with Mark and his friend Dannys 4x4s (Grizzly and Brute Force) in the woods. I did find out that 400EXs where not made to ride slow as it tended to stall while going walking speed. The weakest link to my quad has to be the low rear swing arm. It got hung up a few times and once was hung up on the top of a hill climb. Thanks Danny for always having the towline within reach and pulling me out of trouble. We trail rode for about 4 1/2 hours and only stopped once to quickly eat and another for a piss stop. I am paying for it in my joints and back as my EX is not a soft ride. For info on the trail area contact markdb on here. Its 100% better than Burma Rd. Also we found the overpass!
