    I have an AGM battery in my car for a few years, now that I think about it. Doesn't have start/stop though. I find it performs better in extreme cold. I can hear it with the starts.

    Did you ever settle on a brand of exhaust for your Outlander? I would go HMF but it looks like its only for 2016 and 570

    With fuel injection, it’s like a car… I would take the throttle body off and inspect. Maybe get some throttle body cleaner and spray it first and see what that does.

    That's a good point that often goes underdiagnosed with older quads, especially if they are sitting around. flush teh tank and change the inline fuel filter.

    The winch is probably constant on and you would need to just install a new rocker panel switch.

    I would probably start rewiring back the original and repalace the switch. You have it wired to the solenoid to bypass the ignition and neutral safety switch. Try holding down the hand brake when starting to see if that makes any difference. Not starting in park might be a faulty neutral safety or other.

    I took a quick look ans don't see much aftermarket. I usually check partzilla...but even that, a rear shock is unavailable

    Yep, NY is a big no no unless you hit a trail system upstate.

    The more north you go, the more riding there is.

    Congrats on the quad, thats a great price. You can't go wrong there. You could resell it now for much more. From the pic, it looks pretty good. I would search around for a cheap exhaust, used maybe from ebay. Is that the fuel petcock leaking? If so, they are cheap on amazon: Look for the pull start online as well, shoudn't be too much. Change the oil/filter.
