1984 was the First and only yr for the 200ES..Went to the 250ES in 85..Nice to have Shaft drive with reverse.... The Battery is only there for the ES....You have the Back up pull Start.....I do think though you have to have something there to Complete the Circuit for it to get spark....So,,,,New Battery might be needed if you dont have anything there.... Good point.....However, in my 350X Ive been using just regular old Car oil with not one problem for almost the whole 10 yrs Ive owned it.....I replaced the Clutch when I bought it....I ride it hard....Clutch is still good.....Not saying anyone should buy Joe Blow Oil....Just saying it works for me....

Ok,,,,,,,,, Ive been drinking so bear with me..... I usually change my oil every 2-3 Trips out just cause Im anal like that..... However I would refer to your manual for Service Instructions..... Your manual will ALWAYS tell you to use the Honda, Yamaha, Polaris Etc. oil for the specific brand you have.....however.....Any oil you buy with the Recommended weight will do..... Hope this helped ya.....

Well,,,,If you talk with Becky or Tim,,,,,Im sure you can set something up.....They are more Geared toward the Dunes because they are near Glamis.....That is where they make most of their Business with the Buggies and Drag Quads.....I customized the Two that I have for what I do.....The one on my X is like riding a Couch on the trail or in the dunes.....Great Rebound and I can hit the Whoops 4th Pinned and just lean back and Ride the Tops..... My Z has the comp shock....Less Rebound,,,Built to Raptor length with Banshee eye's (Gives me 1" more Travel:wink:) Set up for the +6" Swinger and when you Grab the Whole Shot She just sits and Stays for ya....Kinda like a Drag link.... Its all what you want to do with it....Since they Build them right there from Scratch.....you should be able to get whatever you want.... If you do,,,,Just tell them the Tri-Z Guy sent ya:wink:

Well,,,,I was Wrong.....I accidentally had NOV. in the month last night when looking......fixed it this morning and as of right now....From Thursday into the Weekend..... There are 911 Spots available.... Looks like we Will have the Dunes to ourselves.... There will only be 30 other people there on Thursday....LOL!!!!

To identify the build year, Honda has added some logic to their model names. The last character refers to the year. Here is the list: Z = 1979 A = 1980 B = 1981 C = 1982 D = 1983 E = 1984 F = 1985 G = 1986 H = 1987 J = 1988 K = 1989 L = 1990 M = 1991 N = 1992 P = 1993 R = 1994 S = 1995 T = 1996 V = 1997 W = 1998 X = 1999 Y = 2000 1 = 2001 2 = 2002 3 = 2003 4 = 2004 5 = 2005 6 = 2006 7 = 2007 Cant help you on the kicker...... ON your Carb.....It could be that your Cable is Frozen a Bit....Try Lubing it....If that doesnt work I suggest a Good Carb cleaning....Might have some Gunk in there......Or just try a new cable....Shouldnt be more than 20 Bucks or so......
