Where do you guys ride?

100s of acres in N.Y. is where I ride. 100% legal. But if I go out of state I have a state trooper with me that rides as well.

Oregon sand dunes. Iv'e got a mild interest in riding some forest trails, but it'll probably never happen.

Lots of OHV areas here in California, most forget California is still mostly Forest, or farm land. I found a great place to find new areas to ride is the forest service website. Theyseem to have made a real effort in opening up new areas. The Forrest service also  provides some good maps you can use with a Phone or GPS enabled tablet. The Application for the maps is called Avenza.. I save all my rides and export to google earth.

and no I don't work for Avenza or the forest service. I did spend years calling the forest service before heading to a new area only to get a un-clear answers.

I like to ride in wooded and grassy areas. It takes my mind off the everyday routines and helps me deal with my father's cancer. Also gives me a reason to get involved with forums like this one.

This is now an annual event which raises money for the Relay For Life to help cure cancer. Over 200 machines plus passengers attend the event. (I don't have the exact count from this year) The whole town of Renovo welcomes the riders for the weekend and there are plans to connect this town to the nearby state trails as part of the "Northcentral ATV Initiative"

I have permission to ride 60+ acres that vary in technical aspects. Let's make something happen. We have off street parking and it's a ton of fun.
