hey you too man! And thanks to the forum and especially you for helping me through this rebuild!!👍👍 It actually turned out better than I expected.

Well, i found the breather tube that i tucked away up in the front of the plastic when i did the top end, i guess i just forgot about it, Hooked it up and ran great with no smoke. Oil level was perfect and oil was nice and clean. Also after the break in process had to adjust the valves again. They were loud as hell after about an hour of run time. Seems like everything is working as it should now..... Thanks everyone for the tips

I've had 3 atv's in the shop with the "1 spark" problem. 2 of them were regulator/rectifier. The other was a loose ground cable. To check the ground, I take a pair of jumper cables and attach both clamps on one end to battery neg. and the clamps on the other end to the motor and frame.

Check the ignition, it’s possable that the contacts inside the ignition burnt up a little bit. See if you have voltage coming into the ignition switch and not going out when it’s turned to the on position.
