  1. Just got the above mentioned quadrunner. First one ever. Always been a small engine tinkerer but figured I'd need a little help on this one.

  2. One of my good friends just added this 2018 Textron Wildcat XX to his garage. He already has an RZR and a few quads but said he only wants to ride this thing now because it’s that awesome. I’m still waiting to find some time and go out with him and hit the trails. Here’s some pics..

  3. I've been an MX motorcycle fan forever but found out I "splat" when I hit the ground rather than bounce, so I've just invested in my first Quad ( Suzuki LT160). Anyway...after years of buying project bikes there is one mantra you need to repeat over and over..."What did the last owner do?" I had a PW 50 that absolutely would not run until I found out the previous owner had run a drill bit through the main jet to enlarge it. Put in new jet and it ran like a dream. So...if the manual says it should be 1 and 3/4 turns out and that makes it worse, you might want to check and see if the parts of your carb are stock and if the adjustments (i.e., cir-clip on jet needle) are standard. Also, from your remark, "Unrelated but I still dont know what that little plunger on the side of the carb is for," the only plunger I'm aware of on a carb is the choke. Are you running it with the choke engaged?

  4. I checked 2 sources and both said those wheel cylinders were only used on '86-'88 TRX200. Honda has discontinued the cylinders and the seals to rebuild them. I didn't see any aftermarket kits available either.

  5. My friend who has this also has a polaris rzr and he said this wildcat is built so much stronger with much better suspension and front end.

  6. So I know this may be a harbor freight leaning topic....but I’m going to show off my new saw anyway. My old miter saw electric motor crapped out on me Saturday while I was cutting some moldings. Ran to Home Depot and bought this ryobi. Wasn’t sure what to buy because I wasn’t ready to spend much. The saw was $139 and the table $110. It’s a slider so it does a lot of what I need. I’m pretty happy with it.
