  1. Ok so while your cranking hit it with starting fluid and see if it fires up. Spray it into the carburetor just a little. If so then your float is stuck closed or the fuel port on the carb has a blockage. I know you cleaned the carburetor but it happens. The starting fluid will tell you that it’s obviously not getting fuel if it fires up.

  4. Not sure if you want to go down this road but here’s a used one on eBay. It looks in tact and in great condition. Just not sure about your existing carburetor and what’s been done to it. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F362698319020

  6. That does not mean it’s getting up into the carburetor. The float needle can be stuck or blocked.

  10. Yeah that's very very close,I can see the blu wire, green, and yellow the ones, good research, thanks,I also been doing an extensive research on this and found one as well, the site is from the other side of the world its called UD-spareparts.com and I found one machine very similar and same engine which is what I'm more interested, because the other plugs that change is for lights, blinkers,so on and so forth, but the engine plugs are the same,I ordered it when it arrives and if by any chance don't fit, then I will try this one,I thought the harness would be more expensive, but bottom line is it's still a Chinese atv because they look nice,we have a saying in Puerto Rico,"It doesn't matter how precious you dress up a monkey, because it'll always be a monkey " this may look nice atv but they rust up hust as quick as the little ones!!! Frank my Atv brother THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALWAYS HELPING OUT!!!! Sent from my SM-N950U1 using Tapatalk

  11. If that engine is not responding to the adjustment on the air/fuel mixture screw then there’s definitely a problem within the carb. I know you’ve been through it all with this carb but somethings off. Especially because it does not shut down when you send it all the way in.

  13. There should be a few more pieces that go on top of the needle, you have them ok? and did you remove the main jet, needle jet, o-ring, holder, etc. from the carb body? a few more pics would be helpful to see if there's anything missing in there.

  14. Is that a new air fuel screw ? If so have you compared it to the old one. Your engine should sound and act differently as you adjust that screw. Have you tried to set it at 2-1/2 as well as trying 1-3/4? Everything else looks good as far as I can see.

  15. I hate these types of bikes but always like to help a member. As far as carb tare it apart and clean it good There is a thread that is posted on the forum for doing that properly Take a look at this link. It has the harness I believe for your machine. Scroll through the pics and see how it matches up with your colors and plugs. Long shot but might be the right one. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32869216579.html

  17. Welcome to Quadcrazy @reddotshooter03 I had that same bike. Is it the Big Red? I would pull the spark plug and test for spark. If spark is good then spray a drop of starting fluid into the air cleaner as your cranking it. If it fires up then it’s a fuel problem. Maybe the carburetor is not cleaned right (it happens) or the fuel line or valve (petcock) to the carburetor is not clear. Start there.
