Nice I was just looking at one of these on my local CL.

Carb issues, or worse yet is pistons and rings.

The linkages are the best place to start.

Probably need more information.

I just picked up nearly the same bike for $150. However, I need new rings and maybe a bore. Otherwise it still runs. All the old machines always need some tlc.

Local dealer says they are well built. They recommend them over polaris at this point. They have gotten better.

I would think oil in filter box, unless you flipped it, is valves ?

I test drove one and it felt very stiff and hard to turn. Wide turn radius too. The power steering models seem much better.
