Just a thought. What would make it so the starter doesn't turn when you put power directly to the starter? Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

That's to much fuel. Does your carb have an air fuel mixture screw? If so, turn it in 1/2 turn. If not then maybe something isn't set right in the carb. Or again. A vaccume leak. Check everything over. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Sounds to me like a vaccume leak. Is your backfire thru the intake or echaust Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

It's worse for me because of my M.S. But I'm pushing thru this pain. But I will have the parts today. My son doesn't know when it will be fixed. The last he saw was the motor and electronics exposed. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Nah. Not yet. We didn't even start it. I only got the issues with it and went inside. It was super cold. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

I hope not. But then again this one isn't mine. It's my best friends. He dropped it off last night and said to fix it. I won't be buying parts but he will get the same quality of build as if it was mine. Isn't that how you build reputation? By word of mouth. So we all know it's a BRP. Anyone know specs? I haven't looked at it today. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Cool. I did notice that the throttle wasnt working. So I took the thumb throttle off and the cable was never installed. So I fixed that. The trans doesn't shift. It's stuck in second gear. I'm thinking a sensor or a vaccume leak. But I won't be working on this till the 110 is done. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Yamaha Bear Tracker Starter Solenoid

Many machines are different. Some parts might be identical but the part could be wired wrong. For the most part it's okay to order aftermarket. All of my machines get oem parts. But for the chineese one. I don't care. Parts are cheap and most likely break again. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk -
Thanks bro. I'll take pics when I get back out there Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

It's like a plastic cover. Or a very thin metal. I ordered that along with 5 other things. Cost 35 bucks Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

I can find parts. I'm just going to replace a bunch of things. Even if it doesn't need to be changed. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk Yeah. They are all pretty much the same for all of them Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Okay. All clean inside from view of the sp. I put 2 stroke oil in it cause it will burn off anyway. I took a straw and stuck it in the qt container. Sealed the straw. Then blew into the sp hole. Let it sit and cranked over. I figured I would crank the hell out of it to lube the cylinder. But by the time that was said and done. The battery is dead. I did notice a few loose wires that I tightened Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Same here Frank. Not looking forward to it. My wife is out on duty today and I don't like her driving in the snow. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk -
It just clicks when you press the start button. I will pull the sp tomorrow and inspect the walls and head. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

A wet clutch 4 stroke engine oil. The cheaper you buy oil is how quick it will break down. Not to say that price has something to do with it. But I guess quality of oil makes the difference. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

I wish I was able to do this. I can't even put a brick down without a placement permit. Hell, I can't even put a nail in my wall without them having to know. This village sucks. Lol. Ultimately. I'd love a 10x20 2 story Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
