  1. Get yourself a meter that measures ohms and continuity. You have testing to do. Get that meter and we will help you with the rest. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  2. Morning people. Looks like a decent day to powerwash the bikes. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

  4. Nice trails. But cold and wet combined sucks. But so much fun. Give me till tonight and I'll have video. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  5. I did the razor blade trick. It works but equal pressure is key. And sharp blades. I usually use a heat gun and compound. Followed by wax. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  6. Frank is also good people. The boys and I had fun. We ran into some simple issues but they are fixed and ready to play tomorrow. I'll be posting videos tomorrow night. We all need to get together and do a group ride. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  7. Videos for sure. I have my go pro 7 recording all of it. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  8. We told you months ago. You said you had to check with your dad to see if he was clear to go. You said not this time guys. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  9. All my bikes were talked about of the forums. Thanks to Frank and everyone else that made it so we can make this trip happen. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

  11. Afternoons be like: Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  12. Powerwashed my quad and changed the oil this am because yesterday was a fun day. Yeah we did Easter but the kids wanted to ride. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  13. Let us know if you have questions or need help with anything. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  14. Okay. With locked up motors can mean a few things. Stuck piston from no oil. Bad crank. Blown apart trans and so on. Your best bet is to look at the oil that's in it. Look for metal shavings in the oil. That's as simple as taking the drain plug out and fill the bottom of a regular plastic cup and inspect. If that checks out then pour a little bit of oil in the sp hole. Let is soak and move it till it frees up. This might take some time. Third is the dogbone. That might be seized. And 4th. Bad bearings on the crank. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  15. I was kinda hoping that we can do a cheap fix that's not to time consuming. Maybe it's stuck and just needs a few taps. I don't have it in my possession at this time but I will be working on it soon enough Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  16. So this quad is stuck in 2nd gear. I hit the shift button and I hear the click. But doesn't move the gears. Any quick fixes? All the fuses are good and the grounds are good. Power is going to the solenoid. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  17. Oh sh** Frank. I didn't even know those were made. Can you bore with those too? Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  18. Try a soft wire brush. Nothing to crazy because you don't want to scratch the metal. I've heard simple green works wonders. Also you can try this stuff called awesome. You can get it from dollar general Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  19. Inspect the cylinder walls. Look for scratches up and down as well as cross hatching. If nothing deep comes up then go ahead and get a ring kit. If the piston is okay then just clean it up. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  20. Good point Frank. Even I know better than to buy junk carbs. But in a pinch ya gotta do what you do. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  21. Head gasket, cylinder gasket, case gaskets. Just because it's not showing a leak doesn't mean it's okay. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  22. Are you sure the gaskets are correct? Did you pressure test the motor? Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk By correct I mean in good shape Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  23. It's the bottom that has play. By the crank. Isn't that called a wrist pin as well? Up and down, left and rig movement. I just hope the case is okay on the inside since all the needle bearing fell somewhere. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  24. So your saying even though the wrist pin has play up and down it should be okay? Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
