  1. If its a factory replacement carburetor, you shouldn't have to change the jet size. Sounds like you have either an adjustment issue.
  2. What I normally do if i want to get factory part numbers, I try one of the online catalogs for suzuki and then I check the aftermarket sites like bikebandit. try this https://www.suzukipartshouse.com/oemparts/l/suz/50d0a4aaf870022c2c53496c/1995-quadrunner-lt-f250-parts Then you can take the part number and do a google search to see if there is a less expensive version. So the air filter looks like a part # 13781-19B00 which on that site is $20.47 You can also punch that number into Amazon and you'll see a bunch of lesser expensive aftermarket filters available So depends on what you want to spend and what parts you want, the older machines have aftermarket parts usually available. The plastics i would see if there are used ones on ebay or hunt around online to see what the best price is.
  3. It sounds like something is misaligned but this is a bit out of my realm, but maybe @davefrombc or one of the other members would have better info. I'm bumping this topic for you. 🙂
  4. I don't know personally and never had a small quad but have read on other forums that Kasea ATV hubs fit. Is this the conversion kit you saw: http://diamondjcustoms.com/wheel-conversions/suzuki-lt80-to-z400-rear-wheels-conversion-kit-4x110mm-suzuki-bolt-pattern.html ?
  5. Welcome to QUADCRAZY! Have you checked all your fuses? I would start tracing wires from the light switch and testing for power.
  6. Hi and welcome to QUADCRAZY!
  7. Is that new carb or an aftermarket carb set to factory settings or does it have a different jet in it? Any modifications like an aftermarket exhaust? On cold start, the choke should be fully on and at operating temp fully off. If you have it off and to start it by giving it more gas, I think you have a carb/choke adjustment issue.
  8. How's your air filter? Did you buy a factory OEM carb or aftermarket and is it jetted? So on top end it's bogging down? * Topic moved to Kawasaki ATV forum.
  9. What engine are you going to use? Interesting project, keep us updated!
  10. I haven't seen anything to guard the calipers but that doesn't mean something doesn't exist. The only guards for the front end I've seen are the cv boot guards that mount to the control arms and could provide additional protection for that area.
  11. Welcome to QUADCRAZY! What kind of ATV do you own? Off the grid, you probably have a lot of riding area...and obviously internet 😋
  12. The best I could find was for a 2007. I uploaded it here:

  15. Might be an issue with the neutral safety switch. Check out this topic where the member bypassed it...might be a way to test.
  16. Welcome to QUADCRAZY! Assuming you put it all back together correctly, sounds like an adjustment issues.
  17. @steve shugart I merged this ignition topic you created into your existing topic for 1998 Suzuki LT-F4WDX King Quad 300 No Start Oil Light. You had no ATV model info in your latest topic, so I assume its for the same King Quad which you already have a topic started for. It might be your temp sensor that us faulty, not sure if there is an ignition cutoff on high temp.
  18. Try some of the online retailers by doing a google search You can also try ebay 🙂 * Topic moved to Yamaha Forum
  19. Welcome to QUADCRAZY! Looks like its a 1990 Suzuki LT-4WDL QuadRunner 250 http://www.cyclepedia.com/manuals/CPP-VIN/index.php
  20. Is the fuel pump running when it shuts off? Isn't that fuel injected? I used to own a 700 king quad. * Added issue to your topic title.
  21. @steve shugart I changed the topic title to 1998 Suzuki LT-F4WDX King Quad 300 No Start Oil Light, so hopefully you'll get more responses. Do you have electric start on that? Check all your fluids and I would try to identify why the oil temp light came on. Here are a few similar topics:

    Loaded

That's a great trailer, you did a nice job customizing that!
  23. Boy, you've got that load maximized! Love the trailer! 👍
  24. I would think so, they even sell a kit for the 500's https://www.tobefast.com/UFORCE-Snow-Plow-Kit.html and ClickNGo GEN 2 UTV Plow Kit - 72", CF-Moto UFORCE 500 2017 * Topic moved to CF MOTO UTV forum and added "snow plowing" to topic title. ☺️
  25. I would probably search online for Chinese ATV seller and email them your picture to see if they can identify it. That exhaust kind of gives it away in my opinion and makes me lean Chinese with the manufacturer.
