This thread is getting ridiculous.. Who even cares what a top speed of a stock quad is? If you really want top speed your not going to keep it stock ether are you? And also i have heard actually quite a few people say raptors can hit around 82 stock.. -
You know comparing a IRS atv to a solid axle atv is kinda stupid anyway, they are whole different machines. Get the xx if you ride trails, get the raptor if you ride dunes, if you race they are probably about the same (Not that great compared to a 450) Simple as that

Im not sure why tire width would affect anything? Seems like it would be fine to me..

IRS will cause the atv to roll over a lot more and be far less stable in the corner, and yes it would slide a lot more with a solid axle, but thats what you want on dirt.

I would get the Raptor 700 mainly because it has a solid rear axle as opposed to IRS, which makes it a lot better for cornering fast and plus its close to 100lbs lighter

Idk about that, walsh stuff all around with PEP shocks, and just about everything else you could want on a quad, i would say $7000 is a fair price unless its been beat to death! -

Yep pretty much haha, and sometimes we dont even bother with ramps so getting it in backwards would be practically impossible

And different controllers, different power curves different continuous and burst current limits. But then best thing is not having to deal with jetting and oil and gas and every other thing thats annoying about gas engines!
