I got the old thumper going. My best guess is it sat in a barn for the past 10 years. Now that I know it runs, it’s time for a valve adjustment and tracking down a clutch cover.
a can of compressed “air” from an office supply store sprayed upside down will give you a nice -60F liquid that will rapidly cool anything it is sprayed on.
Will the wheels fit between the trailer fenders? If you have to do a custom deck that sits above the fenders on that 5’, you may want to consider a 6’ wide trailer to keep the center of gravity lower.
I’m sure they’ve made improvements since the last time I rode one, but I wasn’t a fan of the power steering. It made the experience too cushy for me lol.
I don't mind Kaw's. I have a JD zero turn that's Kawasaki powered too. I just picked up a Mule project, so I will be browsing the forums for tips/tricks when I dig into that.

If it's getting too much fuel, a leaking intake boot would help the situation, not make it worse. I would verify it is indeed getting too much fuel as suggested by the tech. Hook everything up and letting it stall. Immediately pull a spark plug and see if it's wet.
