  1. I know some might have saw this on another forum thats now shut down. But I am trying to change jobs at the moment hince why I haven't been on here as much. But I applied for a deputy sheriff position in Colorado Springs CO. On October 1st I have to take the general knowledge test and then move on to a board interview and a couple other intense tests, polygraph and physical. So wish me luck and I'll let you guys know how it goes as it all happens.
  2. I've seen it on other sites why not here. I say do it
  3. too bad I couldn't make it nut. looks like you and the boy had a blast again.
  4. the 4wd drive solenoid is bad and didn't fully disengage the front drive shaft. might wanna take a closer look at the front diff to make sure you don't have a hair line crack in the front dif. As well as where the drive shaft enters the front diff for leaks.
  5. Last year at Ice racing thanks to Willypop for snapping thins. (no I wasn't praying I was actually taking a nap)
  6. I was nice I should put up videos of my friends garth and theo. Garth got ejected and got back up but theo high sided and slid about 50' on pavement only wearing moto gear.
  7. I can't remember if it was last month or next month but the CHCA is holding a race in junction. But CHCA is ridiculously pricey for what it is.
  8. mine has been and always will be Kawie...I've ridden damn near all the brands can-am, artic cat, honda, yamies, and suzukis. but something about the kawie just feels perfect to me. getting my 450 was my first quad and never looked back. However the day I brought it home from the dealership never did I think that it'll take me to the tallest mountain in CO. Nor the friendships that I've made on other forums world wide with people that have the same passion about kawies as I do. Call it mushy and sensitive but the best part of loving kawies and quads in general is the friendships. I trail ride with guys from here were the brand you ride doesn't matter, just as long as you're out riding having fun, same as the good friends I've met racing. We all help each other out enjoy the same hobby.
  9. I have alot of friends that live in Barnseville PA that go out every weekend. Some of the best riding I've done has been out there can't beat the coal hills for climbing and a new challenge.
  10. no I could have sworn she wanted all of us to share her:yes:
  11. its a cheaper hobby then getting plowed on the weekends:laugh:. Plus I can actually have clear memories instead of blurry ones and I'm not waking up to what I thought was a 9 instead its a 2:huh:
  12. yeah it was a blast I just wish I had my helmet camera on me so I could have gotten it on film of Bill catching some air and then me on the green beast right behind him. I am sure Jim was loving it, plus we need to go back on that trail that we had to cross the narrow bridge by Jackson creek. Scared the crap out of ya but damn it was fun.
  13. sounds killer to me bro if you need some footage or interviews ask me and my friends we'll tell you all about it:laugh:
  14. You've all asked for them and here they are pics and helmet cam video. I gotta thank Ichoptop again for editing my video its greatly appreicated bro and it looks better then I thought. As well as bot and his wife for sponsoring me and making a killer jersey I couldn't have done it without all my friends and family [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ymb8kiwSHcA&feature=youtu.be]YouTube - ‪Pikes Peak Hill Climb 2011‬‏[/ame] and my all time favorite pic from practice
  15. at least it was only an as* chewing and the cop was semi cool and let you go.
  16. I'm a field service engineer for Thomas and Betts in the Un-interpretable Power Supply division. In other words I work with big batteries high voltage and machines that blow up when they break....

  18. So what did you do to get the tongue lashing? I thought you were a good, clean, honest, law abiding person Dale?
  19. Thanks again mike for sponsoring me I need to get with you and your wife to create another one with some minor changes. Gotta remove a sponsor (you know which one) and change my number, for the regular season racing. I also have a program for you guys :bannana_guitar:
  20. all of the quad and most of the motorcycle guys agree with keeping it all dirt, but the car guys are all stoked about it being paved. It's going to be 90 years this race has been held alot has changed for it. But its still an experience you'll remember forever, plus I can say I was there the last year for dirt:biggrin:
  21. since I think I used up all my vacation time for trips and racing. I am planning on go out riding on the weekends as much as possible with the local crew. After I finally fix my trail quad:laugh:
  22. Heres a couple of pics I have a third one another professional photographer gave me at fan fest I need to scan in still. I am trying to figure out windows video editor for the helmet cam footage I got.
  23. Tech was easy after the 3 attempts to make my quad pass. You have to be within 50" and they inspect your brakes and make sure your kill tether actually works. You'll be surprise although there is some big money in the cars but in the bikes and quads classes is mainly privateers. And everyone actually looks out for each other no real big attitudes like you get at other race events.
