Im not promoting IRS on a Sand Machine in any way shape or form....I think IRS might have its place on the Trails but I dont see needing it in the Sand.....

What Draws me to a Trike.....Well,,,,,Not everyone has one....Look around....Seems like Everyone has a TRX450,YFZ,Etc, Etc,, I feel comfortable on Trikes....Its a Bit more of a Challenge sometimes...Try a Trike in a Quad Rut Sometime:aargh:....LOL!!! Also,,,,Im just Stubborn:laugh: Ive never been on a Quad really other than my Wifes,,,I think I might have 5 min. on hers.....Quads Are Dangerous....That False sense of Security with the 4th wheel thing scares me..

Well,,,,I had the Privilege to see one out in the Dunes on my vacation.....I was not impressed with it on Sand....It was Getting Spanked....Now that could be the Rider...Im not sure....He was Dressed like he could ride:laugh: However,,,,,I went to the Top of Banshee Hill and he almost didnt make it....Im sure its Rider Error but thought I would just Bust Balls anyway....LMAO!!! Seriously..IRS on a Sport Quad????? Not sure that Equals the Tried and True Singarm Axle Combo:confused:

You Should replace Both Sprockets and get a new Chain...Keep the old one for backup....

I agree....depends on the Ply Rating of the Tire.....How Heavy you are ETC. ETC....Mainly.....what Feels Comfortable to you.... ATV tire manufacturers recommend tire pressures as low as 2.7 psi to as high as 10 psi. What is the correct pressure for your ATV tires? First, look for the orange and white sticker (it’s usually on the left rear fender) on your ATV. Front and rear psi may be different, so don’t assume all tire pressures are the same. When all else fails, ask your wife what the owners manual says (most guys don’t read owners manuals). If you’re going to be running the Grand National Cross Country series like I do, or if you're riding a lot of rocky terrain, you might want to increase the tire pressure above what is recommended, I run as high as 10 psi at some races because of the rocks. Be sure to keep your tire pressure the same, left to right (both front tires should be the same and both rear tires the same). If one side is off by as little as ½-pound psi then the ATV will pull to the low side. Know your tires. If you have aftermarket tires, follow the manufacturer's recommendations, but be careful not to mistake the sidewall higher pressure (as high as 25 psi) that is needed to bead the tire on the rim for the correct pressure for normal riding, which is much lower.

What are you Riding??? Is this the Second time this has happened.....If I read Correctly....The first time it was ZIP TIED????? Batteries are not cheap....I would probably take the Time to Make a Good Battery Mount and not have to worry about it anymore...... Post up some Pictures of your set up for the Battery....
