This carb should be a direct bolt on with no mods. Back in the day alot of people switched out the stock carb for a 230 and 250 quadsport carb because it was bigger. Some dealers done this if it was sold with a snow plow to. Check some other parts sites out to, you might find a better deal on one.

All I can remember is that is not a stock carb for that model.
