Hi everyone! I used to ride dirtbikes when I was a kid, even though I had alot of problems with my right leg. In 2004, after a bone infection in my knee, my right leg had to be amputated. I thought I would never ride off road again. After a friend convinced me to try an ATV, I was hooked! Soon after I was the proud owner of a Grizzly 700. I love getting out on the trails again! Welcome to the site! This is a great place to make friends, talk about what we love, and just hang out.

I'm very happy to see that you got back into the sport. A lot of people would allow that to hold them back...KUDOS TO YOU!!!

Hi there. Wow. Excellent Story. Maybe I could tell your story sometime? I am a journalist in the ATV community and would love to help tell your story to inspire others! I have a recovery story myself so I know what its like to overcome something like that and to find a way to ride again. So KUDOS to you! Glad you are here. Yes, women love to ride! I even have my 5 year old girl and 10 year old boy on their own quads... It is as safe as you keep it.... JMHO

welcome, and yes girls love to ride and i'm glad ur back to the riding again. Finally after almost a year I will get to ride again. I finally got the knee almost back to normal after the wreck. Heheheh I can't wait till Saturday.

      2009 Honda Rancher TRX420FA with shifting problems

      I have a 2009 Honda Rancher TRX420FA with shifting problems.
      Usually it shifts ok when cold but after couple minutes it will stop shifting with no codes.
      The 1st shift clutch oil pressure when in first gear is 74psi. The 2nd shift clutch oil pressure when in second gear is 74psi.
      The 1st shift clutch oil pressure when in neutral is zero. The problem is when the tranny is in neutral the 2nd shift clutch pressure starts around 10-15psi and builds to 20psi. Is this normal?

      I picked up this ATV that had no spark. The previous owner said he was driving it and it died and would not start. He discovered it had no spark. He replaced the CDI and the coil with no luck. He got tired of it and I bought it. I replaced the stater and now it has strong spark. Now, it starts for a second or two then dies. It will not stay running. I have checked the timing and it is spot on. The valves are adjusted correctly. I see no warn issues with the cam. I put the original CDI and coil back on it. Same problem exists. Compression is at 65 psi (has decompression mechanism),
      I took off the muffler in case the issue was clogged pipes. No change. I replaced the spark plug. No change. The carb was an aftermarket so I put a Niche carb on with no change. I bypassed the fuel pump and that did nothing to solve the problem. 
      I don't know if this is a carb issue or an ignition issue. I am looking around locally for an OEM carb to try out but not sure that will fix the problem. 
      Can anyone help me solve this problem. I am running out of ideas.

      Choke problems 2000 Suzuki quadrunner 500

      I’m having a issue with my choke when its on it runs fine when I cut the choke off the atv cuts off went to take the carburetor off and saw the choke plunger broke at the nut to screw it in could this be my issue? Do I just need to buy a plunger kit and put it on? I took the carburetor off and cleaned both jets anyway just to make sure and it’s still having issues staying on

      After turning off engine in neutral  starter wont engage If I rock unit back and forth it engages Getting progressive worse.
