Congratulations!!!!! She's beautiful!

I remember 16 months ago when my daughter was born...now she sits with me on my lap, while I type this....

Time goes by fast, enjoy every minute.

Congrats, that is a good looking kid, nice work!!!! My son was born a bit early too, 15 weeks early, he weighed 1lb. 10oz., he was quite small, but tough as nails.

I wanted to ask this question before I pull this thing apart and dig into the carb. Very seldom used for a couple years but took it out the other day and it ran like crap. Blows black smoke on throttle (unburnt fuel) and sound like a multi cylinder engine with a misfire. Won't rev very high on full throttle but seems to be smooth at about 1/3 or less throttle. Choke doesn't seem to do anything and thinking perhaps it's stuck closed. If I turn off the fuel and let it run for a minute It will rev like normal under full throttle until it stalls out from no fuel but as soon as I open the fuel line again it goes right back to running rich/flooding.

Any help or ideas would be great. Trying to avoid tearing it apart and rebuilding the carb but the only thing I can think is the choke is stuck cause with the fuel off it will rev just fin seemingly as it's emptying the float bowl.

Well I brought home the new to me ride!! It is a 2011 Ranger 500 EFI with only 5.5 hours and 8 miles. It has a lot of extras already installed! Got a great deal!

My wife & I are getting tired of 0 degree high for the day and 10' of snow for the 5 month long winter season. and are looking for a warmer place to spend the winter.  We would need a place with lots of ATV trails and places to put our kayaks in and do some fishing. Shopping malls, etc are NOT even a consideration. as long as we have a gas station and food store, we're good.
we also need to have some "elbow room" without being stuff in with neighbors on all sides.  to put this in perspective we live in Aroostook County, Maine which is about the size of Connecticut and Rhode Island combined, but with a total population of 70,000 or about 10 people per sq mile.  so we're used to going 30+ miles without seeing anyone except a moose or maybe a bear.
another words, I want to replace the this picture

      with these pics.

we would either rent a place for the winter, or buy a travel trailer / toy hauler to live in.

I was at a Home Depot the other day and they had two of these Vector 500 UTV models outside. I guess Home Depot is selling utility vehicles now. On their website they show the Vector 250, 500, and 700 models.
