  1. If you put new rigs in and if you broke one you may be getting blow by causing too much crank case pressure. Most valve covers with a tune in it should have a hose on it and probably feeds back to the breather box. Check out parts schematics on line and see if there is a hose. If it does then you'll need it.

  2. Ah so the end is near! I am not really sure where to put this topic, hopefully this is the correct spot. As 2018 is coming to a end I can't thank everyone on this forum enough on the support you guys have gave me on my YouTube channel. As I am still a small creator I still love pumping out some quadding videos for everyone to enjoy. I don't ask you guys much at all so I hope it would be ok for me to ask you guys to hlep me achieve my final goal for my YouTube channel in 2018. My goal is to reach 400 Subscribers. I currently sit at 378, If you could find the time to make a few clicks and give me a subscription I would really appreciate it! (you only need a Gmail account) Channel: https://bit.ly/2Ae78Su Happy Holidays and safe riding!

  4. runs like before, except stronger. Starts easy with choke, but I still gotta let it idle for a couple seconds to warm up before I hit the throttle or throw it in gear. I have it up on CL being as I bought the bike to flip (didnt go to well lol). As far as the clicking goes, my friend (small engines mechanic) said if it was his bike, he would just run it with the tick until something actually broke.. I was planning on selling it as is-- I realize I wont be able to bring as much as if it was spotless...🤔

  9. I've had 3 atv's in the shop with the "1 spark" problem. 2 of them were regulator/rectifier. The other was a loose ground cable. To check the ground, I take a pair of jumper cables and attach both clamps on one end to battery neg. and the clamps on the other end to the motor and frame.

  10. Been a motorsport guy for a long time and moved to the country a few months ago...got two quads- 2018 Yamaha 700 4x4 and Polaris 110 Outlaw for the kiddos. Been great but that polaris has been a maintenance suck. Brakes suck, electrical system suck. Currently it is dead - I will say my son rides it just about every day and LOVES it. Fuses are good and Key switch is ok, battery ok, Going to start to dive into wiring but need a manual to start tracing wires... so this is one of n threads to start here...
