  1. Loctite you will only need if you swap out the starter clutch. I tend to stay away from Loctite on the engine cover bolts and put a tiny dab of silicone on the threads instead, especially the longer bolts at the top of cover. That loctite sh** works good and the longer bolts have to much length on them so they twist and snap coming back out so choose wisely. Spray the stater clutch with carburetor cleaner if you can get to it. Maybe its gummed from dirty oil. Prob not but cant hurt. My guess is you will be changing down the road, and of course it will go on a snowy day!!!! Lololol. May be best to have one on hand and a gasket just in case.

  2. maybe I'm not a good communicator, I thought I did everything you suggested. 1 Pulled starter, it worked fine out of quad 2 tapped installed starter with mallet-still just click 3 jumped soleniod-click 4 Take a tester put the positive lead on the starter wire at the starter and the other on the negative terminal on the battery. Press the start button and see if you hear the relay click and get a voltage reading on the tester.-got a 2v reading/relay clicked as it had been doing 5 When you pull start the engine is it hard to pull start as if the decompression device is not working ? very hard to pull-never used it so I don't know what's normal 6 Pull the spark plug and try to crank the starter. Let me know what happens. Same-click and no spin 7 Figured I'd clean things a little while I had some plastic off. Hosed down a little, hit the starter for kicks and it fired right up. Turned it off and on a few times and all normal 8 Went to start it again and something must have let go-now it's spinning like there's no resistance at all. (attached media file with sound) What did I not do, did I miss something?

  6. Tie rods are most likely it, inner or outer. The wheel bearing would have slack all directions.

  8. Tie rod ends and possibly ball joints. Alignment is a must upon completion of this work. Didn't you post this problem once before? Same car or different?

  9. So heres a pic of the lights. Not the best pic but they are a round bulbs about 2" in diameter . I put three stringers up. I ordered some nice steaks 🥩 today from the butcher to stack up in the freezer. Various cuts and some sausage. Yard is ready for some bbq and beer 🍺.

  10. I like the post caps, solar type and they snap right on. Stair risers i like both hard wired and solar. The can go right on the side wall or a recessed type in the tread riser if the deck is built with a tread riser cover.
