Hey guys I have wore out another pair of boots Alpinestars and its time to buy a new pair but am thinking of trying something diffrent any recomendations?

Yes I do have a few diffrent quads and a UTV this bike is actually my wifes I have a KFX450 Z400(my wifes) rubicon 500 and a Kawasaki Teryx have also had a trx 450 and yfz 450 and a rhino but no longer have them I go through alot of race quads becuase I like to have a new fresh quad for the race season each year but anyway thanks for the info I will try Motorsport Or RMATV whichever has the best deal thanks!!

Yes it is a 2008 it takes a good 15-20 min before it will run with out the choke

Thanks for all the replies it sounds like carbs are a little easier to work on and less expensive but if you can flip the bill then FI is the wat to go.

Hello I have a 500 Honda and it is way cold blodded unless you choke it the only problem with the choking it is the choke always sucks back in and wont stay out unless you hold it out and then the machine dies because it has not fully warmed up any suggestions?

Just wondering what you all thought is the better way to go with fuel injection or a carb??

Hey guys I have a 2006 ltz 400 and was looking at the power now valve does anyone run one or have any advice on it? does it really help?

If power is not a issue go with teh Honda 400ex it is proven to be a great quad and very reliable but if you want a little more power go with a 450 the Kwai KFX450 has reverse also.

Hello I have a LTR 450 and bent my stock axle and am looking at bying a aftermarket racing axle I have looked at the Dura Blue, Lonstar and G-force, anyone have and thoughts or suggestions on a good aftermarket axle??

It's hard to say what the problem is it could be as simple as a bad battery or a bad connection but first off you got to find out why you are not getting power to the starter, try hooking up a pair of jumper cables and see if you got power then if so just buy a new battery, also on the chain sounds like it is just to loose you should be able to tighten it and solve that problem.

After riding the three with the three mods i talked about the kawi actually won i know i was surprised to but after putting a intake on the kawi you gain 5 horse and the yamaha and honda are left behind at around 1- 2 horse it was tight betweeen the yamaha and kawi but the kawi pulled it off and the honda well the honda needs to get up to date with the fuel injection.

I am curious if anyone out there really knows how much you gain from a intake on a kfx450R? I know on most 450's the honda yamaha ect.. you may gain 1 or 2 horse but I here on the KFX you gain almost 5 horse is this really true?

Ya I did a little more research and checked with Rocky Mountain and the issue has been fixed so sounds like these should be a good pipe now, glad I got a good one!!

Just wanted to let you know they must have fixed any problem there was with the lexx exhaust I have been running one and no problems at all it works great exspecially for 200.00 bucks you cant go wrong!!
