    They should be under the seat in most cases. I'm leaning on a faulty ignition switch but without testing, it's hard to say. Looking at wiring diagram from the manual, you don't have an optional alarm unit do you? Here's the manual

    So when you shut off the key the power doesn't get cut off? Sounds like a faulty ignition switch.

    Another great video! I corrected the embed within the post. Basically I opened your video in youtube by clicking on your link and then just copied the url in the browser into your post and it automatically embedded.     @Ryan Murphy when you put in in gear. The light doesn't come on but it''s in gear and the ATV works fine? Just the indicator light is not showing up? I believe there is a neutral safety gear position sensor. I found this on ebay:

    I do the same and have been using the valvoline atv and motorcycle oil. BUt my quad is an older 2004 if I get a new one down the road, I'll start it off with synthetic.

    I was at a Home Depot the other day and they had two of these Vector 500 UTV models outside. I guess Home Depot is selling utility vehicles now.     So this quad has a clutch? Existing hand brake is on the right side and clutch on the left? There is no way to add an aftermarket hand brake system. The hand brake engages the brakes via cable on most Chinese quads. The way it came from the factory is the way it is. I'm assuming your ITV station is some sort of inspection station? Can you take a picture of your quad and post it so we can see the hand brake setup and overall handle bars?
