  1. Lot's of silicone and dielectric grease on every wire. Plus if you look closely the bike is snorkled and also has a rad relocation kit.
  2. Same stuff I run and it's around $12-14. It's not too bad of a price when you only need 2 litres to do a oil change.
  3. Morning all. Well the bike is almost back together and I can't wait to ride!
  4. Sweet Tecate 4 250 Senator! I used to have the same Quad, I miss it like crazy. Congratulations Senator
  5. Does this one count? LOL Ah heck, I think I may just give this one a go. The one thing that I would like to see added to this contest is a "bonus feature"! Let's say 10 points for anyone who posts a "How-To" with pictures.
  6. If that A-arm let go on ya it could have sucked in a big way. Nice find, I think i'm going out to inspect mine before my next ride.
  7. I'm in! Who else is going? It will be my first time at the Toronto show because it's a 4 hour drive for me. I'm wondering if they will be selling parts like winches and riding gear.
  8. What a great morning! Raining like crazy right now, so that means were making mud!!! :drool5c: WoooHooo
  9. Hey guys I've been looking around for skid plates for my machine and I'm having some trouble finding ones that will fit my bike. I have a 2005 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO and everyone seems to sell everthing but 2005. I've found one's to fit 2000-2004 and 2006-2011 but not 05's. Just strange!!!!! I'm guessing that there are almost no changes between 05 and 06 models. So do I take a chance and order 06's and hope they fit? If anyone here has an 05 with skids, let me know what you have and where you got them from please! Thanks
  10. Wouldn't today be a nice day for a ride. Morning all.
  11. Mine was intermitent also, it was the front bearing that failed allowing dirty water to get in and destroy the brushes. It's much easier just to replace the entire motor and rebuild the old one for a spare.
  12. Hey Trev I did talk to Jack III at the Fan Man for ya and this is what you need... The part # on the new fan is... VA09-AP12/C-54A Spal part # 30100411 All I did was swap the new motor that comes with the new fan into the original Polaris fan housing. You'll have to solder on the end plug of the original bad motor onto the new motor from Spal. Spec's Puller Total draw 9 Amps 950 CFM
