    I use a DOT one and I got it off Ebay, honestly I wouldnt be afraid to buy the other one cause they do have standards they have to follow. But yeah, thats all I got.

    Guessing your carb is the problem, sticky float or clogged jet or 2, did you put additive in before it sat or after? After will do you no good!

    Spark...looks like you replaced what it could be, check the plug wire??? Look for a fuse near the battery.
