  1. I guess rather than modding your quad yourself, you can buy it with some modifications already installed. Is this the first company to do this in the atv market? I'm sure others will follow.
  2. Nice pictures. Great layout. Very retro!
  3. What did you end up going with?
  4. Interesting, I did not know that.

  8. You can try this: Polaris 50-200CC ATV Brake Pads and Shoes Check out the rear pads, they have the same part number. The front pads have a different letter at the end.
  9. Bigfoot - Myth or Real? Just trying to get an idea here of how many people believe in this legendary hairy beast. Often called Sasquatch, Yeti, Bigfoot, Ape-man, etc.. Please post your thoughts and vote on this.
  10. I'm not sure anymore, I see online in different forums that it's be an 800 cc unit and I also see that they will have a 750cc unit. We'll just have to wait and see.

  16. Gibbs Technologies Ltd, the world’s only High Speed Amphibian (HSA) technology specialist, today unveiled a prototype of the first commercially viable high-speed amphibian Quadbike/All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) - Quadski. Quadski is the third demonstration of Gibbs’ HSA technology following the successes of the Aquada and the Humdinga. It is capable of travelling up to 50 mph (72 kph) on land and water and makes the transition at the flick of a switch. Commenting on the launch of the Quadski prototype, Alan Gibbs, the founder of UK based Gibbs Technologies Ltd. said, “Quadski is both exciting and practical with a multitude of uses”. “I know consumers will love the fun of driving a Quadski on land one minute and then head straight into the sea or river the next. But there is a very serious side to Quadski as well: emergency services and aid workers will be able to reach areas and people no two or four wheel drive vehicle could reach.” Gibbs Technologies

  21. Automatic Eiger is the best dollar for dollar. My friend has it and it's been fine for 4 years now. My other friend has the manual version, seems fine also.
  22. It doesn't take much to have a head injury, as we see here, it can happen even when riding slowly. I think helmets should be worn at all times. Especially if your on a sport quad going "quadcrazy" LOL
  23. I like to ride in the Catskils in NY around Amsterdam area where there are a bunch of trails. I enjoy riding trails through wooded areas, maybe a scenic area, or a valley on occassion.
