BTW....Are your Brakes Adjusted Properly???? How long have you had this machine???? Are the Shoes Good???? is the Drum Good???? Seems to me.....With Proper Adjustment and Everything within Tollernce....You should (once wet) be able to "Ride" the Breaks a Bit to heat them up and get them Working again after going through the Water.....

Im no Expert on this but I have had some old ATC's that had the Rear Shoes and Drum....in the dust cover there was a Vent to allow the Water to Escape...Seems like these are only Designed to keep the Big Stuff out....Not Water...If you Silicone everything shut and Water gets in there and Stays you will have worse problems......Have you Tried to contact a Dealer/Shop and get any Advice????? Sorry I cant be of anymore help....I never had this problem with the older ATC's.... Is this what yours looks like.....????

Glad its coming along for you..... I used to do this as a kid....I would go around to Houses that were being built and ask them If I could place a Garbage Can there and for them to put their Cans in(or plastic Bottles, But back then we didnt have those....LMAO!!!) Do that at Several Different Sites and it works well....People are always willing to help out Kids..... How much do they charge????? I can get it done Cheaper I bet.....I have done this to several of my 2 Strokes.....Very nice Throttle Response once this is done..... How about some updated Pictures:wink:

Gloves Bother me Boots Suck I just wear my Work Boots Never Tried on a Chest Thingy Goggles I find just Piss me off....I wear Glasses so at least it is something... Protective gear can Get Expensive....Things like a Helmet Goggles and Gloves I would buy New.....But you can get the Rest REAL CHEAP on the net used and in Great shape if you look....

You know....I still dont own anything more than a Helmet....
