 Great help for 500 & 570 owners cause Manuals Publication raises Owner/Pilot's awareness on maintenance, .preventing  from costly repairs also as a mean to know vehicle limitations and proper ATV usage.Thanks and keep the good work ! Congratulations!!

well I have a 2017 sportsman 570 and it will not start... It started acting up randomly by not starting every time and now it will not start at all and I mean it will not turn over. I have power to everything just wont try to start.  I have checked the battery, starter, starter solenoid, most wiring from all 3 I have  jumped the solenoid and it will start so I think some where in the starter circuit I have a bad connection or wire that's why I need the wiring diagram to trace it down.

Can you give us more information  on. Check engine lighrl and no codes. What is the vehicle doing when the light is on. Also if the vehicle  has power steering. Any issues in the 4 wd and power steering could cause the Check engine  light to come on but not show any codes on the speedometer. Sometimes the only way to get the code is with a scan tool

I'm going to need this for some electrical references. 2019 570 SP EPS was left out in the rain and now I have zero power to anything. All fuses and relays test good. I'm not sure if these bikes have a secret fusible ground link or such in the harness.

I'm hoping I didn't make a mistake on buying this machine lol.   Just came off a 2008 Sportsman 500 HO and picked up a 2017 570 SP.  It only has 21 hours and 332 kms on it.   The things looks better than new.
