  1. So for us here in NY southern zone the deer rifle hunting season opens up tomorrow morning at sun up! Looks like about 8-10 inches of ❄️ fell up where we hunt. The bikes are ready, gear loaded and ready to go bags packed and the truck gassed up! To all my fellow hunters that will be out there chasing that big buck; should some of us get lucky..... may be using their ATV to load up that deer and take him to the butcher I say good luck be careful and be safe. Post some pics of how you did or didn’t do lol because it’s not about always shooting something but the time spent enjoying the woods and fresh air and riding in the ❄️! My oldest boy is of age to have his rifle and big game tag this year so this is a special year, wish him some Quadcrazy luck! Im banking on one of us getting lucky 🦌 this year especially bc I am out of venison 😢. I make some really good jerky and pot roast! Hope to see some pics!

  3. At the bottom of the engine in the rear where the Reverse cable goes down to there is a lever attached to that cable. Put it reverse and see if that cable is moving the lever far enough. If not you can adjust it from the top left section of the cable with the threaded part of the cable.

  4. When hunting I carry my rifle in a Kolpin or Flambeau case. My old Kolpin case won't fit any of the current mounts - so I made my own for it. The newer Kolpin case mount for the gun boot IV - the loop bracket, carries way to high to suit me. A simple mod fits my Recon TRX250T, and puts the case down along side the footrest. A piece of bedframe angle iron about a foot long, brings the loop way down

  5. it's a pretty easy fix. 2 hours tops ... it took about an hour on my big bear ... a record for me and no pieces left over and minimal cursing ...

  6. Is the site glass broken? Here is a thread on an older 300 bayou and the oil capacity: http://www.quadcrazy.com/atvforum/kawasaki-atv-forum/10766-1986-kawasaki-bayou-300-oil-capacity.html Did you change the plug? The vin should be on the crankcase or frame somewhere. * Edited title to Kawasaki Bayou 300 Need Help
