  3. PM me the urls of the topics you would like to combine and I can do that for you. The manual was an external source. I've downloaded it and checked it out. I compressed it and re-uploaded it, so it should work.

  5. Fill the radiator with anti-freeze mix and cap it . Afterwards top up at the expansion tank. Any air left in the system after you've filled the radiator will be expelled as the motor heats up. Once the radiator is full and all air from having opened it to fill there should be no more bubbles coming from the radiator to the expansion tank. If it continues to bubble and level goes down you have a leaky head gasket. the steam in the exhaust depends on the moisture amount in it .. In very cold weather it may steam for a minute or two before clearing, but if you're getting a lot and you see the bubbling and fluid loss, then it's most likely a small leak in the head gasket.

  8. This is quad crazy not crown Victoria crazy! Lol just kidding. It could be two things. One the fogging could be due to a blown (heater core). It’s a small radiator type coil under dash board on the passenger side. A real bi*** to get to. A tell tale sign is the fogging as well as a wet floor on the passenger side under or on the carpet and a bit of a sweet odor in the car. The second thing it could be (less expensive) is the change over valve. It’s a small valve or damper that’s controlled by the switch in the dash. The control switch you would use to change to defrost to dash vent. That switch usually activates a motor of a kind that moves the flaps inside the dashboard ductwork. That motor can be a pneumatic , electric or cable depending on the year. It’s usually located on the firewall under the hood. In that general area. I’m putting my bet on the heater core though based on the fogging. Hope this helps. Get an Atv. It’s a lot easier and more fun to work on! Sorry to my fellow members but I couldn’t help myself I love cars as well! Good luck!

  10. At least the engine was able to move to where you needed it to get the cover off. The easy part is assembly. You took it off so you know how it goes back together. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

  11. @wanrep so here’s a stupid question. I got some free time today 🤫! The bevel gear case ? The shifter shaft doesn’t come out as well with the cover ? Because the way I’m looking at it now there is no way that case cover can come off with the shifter rod and not hit the frame. Ugh I’m thinking this engine has to be pulled and that sucks! Means I pulled the rear off for no reason I hope. And if so Kawasaki sucks for this design!

  12. I got the Bayou cranking again, after some testing turns out the relay was bad. I was able to pick one up at the local Napa auto parts for $12.99. It's a basic relay they use it on Toyota transmissions and somewhere on Subaru's. Thanks for all the help Frank Regards Paul

  13. Why not just splice it and leave it together. All you need is a soldering iron and shrink tube Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk It's not like you hitting the start button without hitting the clutch. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
